Rocking Chili

I made chili for the first time ever this weekend and if I say so myself, it ROCKS!! Just the right amount of heat and really tasty. It's Cincinnati-style and now I'm off to finish eating the bowl I have. Just wanted share my culinary excitement.

I was introduced to Cincinatti 5-way chili about a decade ago when a roommate of a friend of mine originally from that area hooked-us-up several times during his internship here in Baltimore. Just enought sweet to cover the heat and the leftovers made a great topper on spaghetti.
